| Isabella (Boo) Mcdaniel, M.Ed. | Founder and Executive Director. Graduated from
Fordham University with a BA in teaching and Antioch/NE with a Masters in Education in Organization and Management (a not for profit MBA!). Just completed a year long course with Giving Monadnock & the NH Charitable Trust in Fund raising. Soon to begin a Certificate Course at Antioch/NE in Organizational Development. The Chair of NARHA Equine advocacy committee. Master Instructor for NARHA and CHA. Several NARHA and EFMHA achievement awards. American Instructor Certification Instructor of the Year Award in 1997. NH Horse Person of the Year 2005. Life long teacher, rider, driver, competitor and trainer. Loves being with the students and horses the most! |

| Kris Young | General Manager and Ramrod! Studied Equine Science at Mount Ida College. Having been a PF lesson kid since 1978, a camp CIT and then staff member for Pony Farm summer camp, she has spent the last 28 years here at the farm, taking off a couple of years to spread her wings. Back now for ‘the long haul’, she is currently the Co-Director of the summer residential camp, staff supervisor, and active member of the HP Fundraising team. Inconceivable not to have her here! | |

| Lorna Young | NARHA Advanced Instructor for Horse Power and Specialty Weekend & Workshop Hostess with the Mostest! Avid rider, competitor, Pony Clubber and Event Rider. Graduate of the Cheff Center, the first school to teach people how to be therapeutic riding instructors. Has opened a number of therapeutic riding programs throughout the country. Was formerly the first Program Director for Horse Power when we were getting started. Went on to teach at High Hopes, a fellow therapeutic riding program and Instructor training center with a world wide reputation. A NARHA Instructor Evaluator and Master Instructor Candidate. BA in psychology from Skidmore College and a Masters in Social Work from Boston College. Has ridden, shown and competed since she was a little girl. Won a national title showing her own Morgan. Captain of the Skidmore College Equestrian Team. NARHA Registered Instructor. Has participated in the EFMHA Equine Specialist Workshop and Faculty of the HP Instructor Training School. Long time history with the farm, beginning riding lessons at 11 years of age. Pony Farm camper 1977-1982, then CIT, then Staff. Extensive financial and management problem solving skills along with Human Resources and Project Management skills…Helped build and execute human resources and administrative staff for Sanders Design International. | Corey Desmaris | Farm Manager and Instructor Attended Thompson School of Agriculture, specializing in Horticulture. Owned his own Landscaping business. Formerly of the Monadnock Pony Club member for many years. Family owned horses. Showed competitively in dressage and combined training. Attended 4H. Has done extensive training in Natural Horsemanship. Currently serving as farm manager but also loves to teach in the Pony Farm program. Believes in bitless bridles and rope halters. Has great plans for the farm, its gardens and grounds! Invaluable!!! The farm has never looked better or the horses been happier than in his rope halters and rope reins. | |

Waldorf teacher for many years. Has taught at both Pony Farm and Horse Power for nearly 20 years. Has run her own summer camp for many years. Active rider and teacher.
