Isabella (Boo) Mcdaniel, M.Ed. Founder and Executive Director. Graduated from Fordham University with a BA in teaching and Antioch/NE with a Masters in Education in Organization and Management (a not for profit MBA!). Just completed a year long course with Giving Monadnock & the NH Charitable Trust in Fund raising. Soon to begin a Certificate Course at Antioch/NE in Organizational Development. The Chair of NARHA Equine advocacy committee. Master Instructor for NARHA and CHA. Several NARHA and EFMHA achievement awards. American Instructor Certification Instructor of the Year Award in 1997. NH Horse Person of the Year 2005. Life long teacher, rider, driver, competitor and trainer. Loves being with the students and horses the most!

Lorna Young General Director of Pony Farm and Horse Power. NARHA Advanced Instructor for Horse Power and Specialty Weekend & Workshop Hostess with the Mostest! Avid rider, competitor, Pony Clubber and Event Rider. Graduate of the Cheff Center, the first school to teach people how to be therapeutic riding instructors. Has opened a number of therapeutic riding programs throughout the country. Was formerly the first Program Director for Horse Power when we were getting started. Went on to teach at High Hopes, a fellow therapeutic riding program and Instructor training center with a world wide reputation. A NARHA Instructor Evaluator and Master Instructor Candidate. Jessy Savage, MSW Horse Power Instructor & Pony Farm Lesson Program Director and Head of Riding for Pony Farm Summer Camp. BA in psychology from Skidmore College and a Masters in Social Work from Boston College. Has ridden, shown and competed since she was a little girl. Won a national title showing her own Morgan. Captain of the Skidmore College Equestrian Team. NARHA Registered Instructor. Has participated in the EFMHA Equine Specialist Workshop and Faculty of the HP Instructor Training School. Head of the Pony Farm Interscholastic Riding Team. Wait until you see her school a horse….or tame a tough kid!

Lauren Riccio Communications and Marketing Director for Horse Power. Riding Instructor for Pony Farm. BS degree in Psychology from University of Pittsburgh, Chemical Addictions Counseling Certification from Penn State University, member Gladney Center for Adoption Board of Directors. Long time history with the farm, beginning riding lessons at 11 years of age. Pony Farm camper 1977-1982, then CIT, then Staff. Come get a terrific tour with Lauren and see why we all love her and the farm so much!!!!
